COLUMN ROCKS PINOT BLANC ‘21

Named after the peak situated above the beautiful Lowburn vineyard. This years Pinot Blanc was picked a touch earlier to add some freshness and acidity to the wine. 2 weeks fermented on skins and unfined and unfiltered. Drunk cold it is fresh, spicey with a rich textual palate, warmed, lifts layers of ripe Central stone fruit and spiceness.

Nullage: 7 months neutral oak

 

APOCOLYPSE CHARDONNAY ‘21

This years Chardonnay was cut from a very similar cloth to 20’. Amazing fruit from a seaside site in Kina, Nelson. Whole bunch pressed to old oak and left for 8 months. Textural palate, zippy acidity, minerality
